somebody comes in the middle of the night and dumps stuff at this location. A couple days ago a mattress mysteriously appeared. Now the mattress has 2 old TVs piled on it. A few weeks ago there was a shopping cart filled with trash. Who is doing this? And how get this cleared away? This is a neighborhood eyesore and blocks the sidewalk.
