I can confirm they came by VERY early (far too early for a holiday) today. Normally one wouldn't even expect them to come on July 4th, but the usual time they come to my street (Banyon Ave NW) is about 10:15 am or so, and today they showed up at at or just before 9 am (I actually got missed but heard the truck so ran out there and managed to catch him getting the other side of the street). I'm sure a lot of people are going to get missed as a result of this. Bad form ABQ, bad form.
