Why do you say it's abandoned?Did you knock on the door to speak to Ms. Ingles? Is she older? Disabled? Did you contact the N'hood Services Coordinator about this, to intervene, or point you to the correct City agencies to help, if help's needed?

This property used to be occupied, but it isn't now and hasn't been. Our concern is now with the feral cats and the blight. The City of Oakland website directed me to report this via seeclickfix.
