When did it become acceptable to leave litter strewn about when you move out. Our recourse is to photograph people as they are moving, complete with an image of them and their license plates, and if they leave junk behind, let the city pursue them for littering.

We are closing older Trash and Recycling issues from 2011-2015 in order to focus on current Trash and Recycling issues.
