Description

Tenants of 813 South 17th street moved out over the weekend. They cleaned out their house and left and excessive amount of trash. The trash is being ripped through at night by the homeless and neighborhood animals. Items include bags of clothes, Tanning Bed, TV's, Furniture, Bags of shoes, Food Waste, etc. Please address immediately.
