Dear Sir or Madam,
The manhole in front of our house on 1145 Bordeau Ct is missing; actually it's covered and a stick was put on our property (see attached image). Do you have any idea why this is and what future plans are for the stick and the manhole? Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Ilka Nickolov
