Description

The westbound off ramp to E305th St. is marked with a NO TURN ON RED, however, if you are on Marginal Road westbound, sitting at light to turn left or right onto E. 305th, or to go on Rte 2 westbound, when the light turns green for Marginal Road, those coming off the ramp continue to turn RIGHT ON RED, thinking there is a light at Marginal for those drivers heading north on E. 305th.
There is not a light northbound at Marginal Road and drivers continually speed to turn right on red at the ramp when there is a sign indicating NO TURN ON RED, especially at rush hour. It isn't just one car, but 3 to 4 or more at a time.

Never see any law enforcement in the area to enforce the no turn on red. This is a dangerous intersection as it is with several lights, off ramps.

Maybe the lights need to be lowered with big flashing lights!!!!
