This issue was reported over 2 weeks ago (the time period the city states it will deal with bulk pick-up) I have personally seen 1 removal truck pass by this pile without stopping, and a neighbor who needed pick-up noted on their request that a neighbor of ours had a pile removed and this pile and theirs were left in place. It seems incredibly inefficient to send a truck down this alley so many times without removing all of the brush piles, either the drivers are not being supplied with a correct list or they are not doing a proper job. Maybe they should be instructed to remove obvious brush piles even if they haven't been provided the address? Or maybe to visit this website before leaving to pick up brush, to make sure they get all the reported piles? or to at the very least to call in to check when they see an unmarked brush pile? Something....

This issue has not been resolved. As you can see in the attached photo of the still present brush pile as of 9PM on 08/05. As stated this brush pile is in the alley behind 4812 E Seminary (the alley between east and west seminary Ave).

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

I'm reopening this request, since as of 10am on 8/16 this pile is still there, as it has been for over a month. I would appreciate if it was actually removed, not just removed from your list.
