Description

This building contains a small dog that barks for hours at a time, most likely from absent owners. It is unfair to the entire street (you can hear this dog over 1/2 a block in every direction.

It barks every day, sometimes for 8 hours straight. Contacting animal control is not possible at this point because the exact location within the building cannot be determined.

I cannot fathom why the managers of this building puts up with this.
