Description

I reported this illegally parked car yesterday. Parking Enforcement did not issue a ticket because, according to its report, "the car has a valid Zone 6 parking sticker." This is irrelevant. The car is parked too close to the alley, in a No Parking zone -- making it dangerous to enter and exit the alley.
