No the parking signs have not been replaced yet. Capriati Construction is doing the sound walls on Hwy. 95 Hopefully after they finish the sound walls and redo the Gowan roadbed and the walls for Camden Belair Apartments and Mariposa Condos. Then just maybe the street will have the signs put back up. As Gowan Road from Rancho Drive to 95 has been declared a FEMA Flood zone thanks to the lack of leadership by Councilman Larry Brown now our Commissioner and Mother Nature. How might you ask is Brown responsible: they had just put sod in one detention basin and had the gates that divert the water closed off so the sod would not get damaged.
