The investigation revealed that the owner of the restaurant hired a paint contractor to complete some interior painting work. The paint contractor washed his equipment in the street over the weekend. Once the restaurant owner observed this issue, the job was immediately terminated. At the time of this investigation (7-1-14) the owner had not yet hired a replacement painter.
