Description

In West Hobson Pike lane about 1/2 way between Lakewalk Drive and Pin Hook Road there is a spot where during and after rain water comes up through the pavement making a hole. I believe there is a water spring under the road bed there, so it would need to be dug out and drainage put in to keep the road from constantly breaking down there.
