Description
Apartment building leaves super cans on Street 24/7. They have a place in the parking lot behind the apartments for the cans but they keep them on East 12th Street on the sidewalk. I have reported this before and for a while they complied with the ordinance but now they are leav the cans on the sidewalk again.
