This is still an issue. And to add some additional information, There needs to be a "No Turn on Red" sign on the Highland/Riverside side. Just yesterday the walk signals and while people where crossing High Street, drivers were blowing thought the red light to go down High Street. It was clearly a red light but people are expecting the green arrow to come on so they stop at the light.
