Why was this closed, the house is still abandoned, windows falling out and this hazardous shed is still in the back yard. This cannot meet city code? I have been cited myself for much less than this? Please reopen and cite the owner of this abandoned home. We live in a nice neighborhood and we would like everyone to take care of their homes. Please advise.
