Description

There are at least 3 drainage culverts protruding (rising) above the sidewalk by at least 2" - 3". I am uploading one photo because your system won't allow me to attach multiple photos.

As you can see in the photo, that there is definitely a SAFETY issue here which could some serious injuries to someone while they're walking or riding their bike or scooter. We have many folks walking and children riding their scooters on our sidewalks everyday.

Let's get these culverts lowered as soon as possible. Please have someone to come out and investigate the issue real soon. Thanks
