It's been over a month. We've put up this See Click Fix issue. We've spoken with the director. We mentioned this problem to Matt Nemerson of EDC. We've made phone calls and sent emails to both the airport management and the webmaster. What does it take to get the Noise Complaint Form on the web site to become operational? Let alone address the community's concerns about 3 a.m. noisy jet take-offs?

I called the Tweed airport manager yesterday to report my noise complaint and to ask her for a follow up from our last call. I reported the email form didn't work weeks ago. I have not gotten a return phone call, which surprises me because she was very
responsive and seemed ready to work with neighbors. The quiet hours begin at 7AM and end at 10 PM. I called this week to report a private jet takeoff that woke me up at 3;30AM.

There is no way to call or contact airport. 3:30AM takeoffs are not supposed to be allowed. Terrifying at worst, unsettling and disruptive at best.

WHY is it that no one can ever reach a LIVE person at the airport? It seems like every time there is a complaint there is no way to bring it to their attention?

Low flying huge jets over Beecher Street not on allowed flight path for 3 days. No answer from airport.

6:45 a.m. private plane went up. Woke me up. Used tweed noise complaint form & it WORKED.
