At the intersection of Ferry St and Farren Ave there is a crosswalk that beeps 24/7. I don't know if its broken beyond that, but day and night it can be heard nonstop. It keeps myself and several neighbors up all hours of the night unless we're running something louder which at times can be even more distracted.
