Description

The light has been malfunctioning for about four months. Occasionally it goes on, but it is off most of the time. There are several other lights that are not working near the I-91 off ramp but I do not know their pole numbers. Someone should survey the street lights at night to determine which are not working.

Q. Please provide pole number. If you cannot provide the pole number, please explain why (missing etc).
A. 165 - that is the number in silver letters on the pole.
Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole (nearest address and cross street are most helpful).
A. The pole is on the East side of Foster street about mid-way between Linden and Willow streets.
