Vehicle has started to illegally parked again.

If this is in reference to the Nissan on the sidewalk....I believe it is the owner's car, and he regularly parks as such. If it is not legal to park on the sidewalk, I suppose that he should be informed of that regulation and offered an alternative solution.

Just give him the ticket- alternative is on the street like everyone else.

Here's an open duplicate ticket. http://seeclickfix.com/issues/1118203

It follows the same path:
Parking Violation/Abandoned Auto moved to Private Property and then LCI steps in. Unfortunately the issue is never resolved.
