Description

This is a half-block long stretch of street that is 2 way. It is not marked clearly enough and people are using the oncoming traffic lane to turn left onto 5th.
Also, people who are smart enough to realize it is a 2-way street are making illegal left turns against the light (as they would on a one way to one way street.
Suggest arrows in the lanes indicating the direction of travel and a "no left turn on red" sign for that intersection.
