Since you added road gravel on to bridge, the drainage holes in bridge are plugged. Driving over bridge after rain is like drive thrugh a lake. Water is 4/5 inches deep for days now and the surface is so slippery now, your car slides when crossing it wet

And no action was taken. Not in inspecting complaint, cleaning surface of bridge or even opening the drainage ports. Not even a reply. You just closed issue because it has been outstanding for so long. But government agency are slow to act.
It was the Road Commission action that caused this problem
