Description

The stream that runs through the Marshall Street green area is clogged in several places due to vegetation overgrowth, trimmed vegetation that has fallen into the stream and runoff from driveways on Marshall St. These areas of stagnant water are home to more mosquitos than our neighborhood can stand, and the overgrowth is becoming more jungle-like each year. The poison ivy has taken up residence everywhere you look.

Please, DEHNR and Parks and Rec give us a hand. I realize the two of you are at odds on how to handle this stream but we're working on a health hazard here.
