Description

The traffic light scheduling at the intersection of 12 and Ryan is insane. On my morning drive from Martin, sometimes the red is a count of 5 and the green 10. And sometimes 12 for red and 5 for green or vice versa. I have been stopped at the light going north, proceeded at green and the light has gone to red as I barely got thru the intersection. Beteer yet, sometimes the lights are on schedules of 20 and 20.
