Description

Fence over the canal path near Whitney Avenue bridge is bent out of shape and broken. Needs to be assessed and fixed.

This is quite dangerous with tree dangling into the sidewalk. Sooner or later the broken iron work will crash, or people will lean on it and take a dive onto the canal path below.
