Description

between 4 and 6 pm the traffic thru apple hill section, especially baldwin rd is getting out of hand. With a schhol around the corner and kids out playing it is a prescription for trouble.

As a new resident on Baldwin Road, I am finding this to be pretty commonplace. There are no stop signs in place on one of the main cross streets, McIntosh Rd. Instead there are two yield signs, which do nothing to help. Additionally, the intersection at Baldwin and Winesap Rd. has no stop signs either, not even a yield sign. HUGE problem on this length of street from Walt Whitman to Winesap.

doesnt seem to have been anything done about it....people still dont slow down or obey yeild or stop signs
