Description

On two corners of sidewalk at Fell and Franklin intersection the phrase uluv music, and uluv art is spray painted. It appears to be marketing for some event: http://uluvmusic.com

I've seen this spray painted elsewhere. The website's Facebook page proudly lists many more such spray paint markings in San Francisco.
