Neighbor now has a small blue car continues to park in the alleyway on Samsom between 12th and 13th ave. he put a TV out only to have kids vandalize it. He refused to clean up the broken glass. TV is still sitting in the alleyway. The weeds are over grown to almost 4 feet high. Was told by the codes dept all neighbors whose back yard faces Samson St would be notified to clean up the weeds and brush. Nothing has been done. Can not drive thru without hitting the weeds and overgrown brush.
