Description

Foreclosed house - owner gone and tenant remaining. Their trash has not been brought to the curb for several weeks. The yard looks like a city dump.

There is a blue recycling bin in front of 21 Boston Avenue that unfortunately, the tenant has been putting pure garbage into. The recycling drivers will not pick up the trash in it because it has pure garbage in it. The Public Work Trash Pick up drivers have no idea to look in a recycling bin for garbage and are not aware of the issue. I have not been around to bring this to their attention because I normally am not in front of 21 Boston Avenue upon the arrival of the trash guys to request them to take the tenant's trash out of the recycling bin.

This yard continues to look horrible. The new officials of Livable Cities had an appointment with me to review my complaints and NEVER showed up.
