Description
The lights leading from downtown Saratoga to the Wilton mall area are terrible. As soon as one light turns green, the next turns red right before you reach it. Whoever is in charge of the light patterns should be able to make traffic flow smoother so that everyone is not racing to the next stop light. Traffic should be able to flow. I understand the side streets need to also have a greenlight but it is more than ridiculous to have to hit EVERY red light EVERY time a driver travels from Wilton to Downtown Saratoga.

been that way for years.
the technology is available, but not used, to synchronize the lights.
It was done on broadway, but Dalton said people went through town too fast, so they stopped synchronizing them.

This is an issue that needs to be taken up with NYS DOT and they may not do anything until they get to their planned projects for the Arterial in 2014 - 2016.
