Description
The street gutter or drain is clear of leaves but water will not subside at all, even after the rain as stopped. It is creating a large pool of standing water that goes across the street to another gutter that also seems very clogged, but once again with no leaves blocking the gutter. Please clean out drain line, as this has become a hazard for cars hydroplaning, and is flooding over the sidewalks.
