The thing about this yard is that the owner of the property is a part-time police officer for the city of Vermilion! His yard is a big mess and he doesn't care!! I can probably say for sure that his boss at the police department wouldn't want to live by him. I wish the police chief in Vermilion would ride by and see how one of his officers takes care of his property!!
