Description

141 Ogden St is an empty lot with an out of State owner. The sidewalk is buckling and weeds and plants make it barely passable.

Besides being an eye-sore for neighbors, people have to walk in the street to pass or cross over to the other side.

The property owner(?) has had the property cleaned up. Grass cut, weeds cut down, curb appeal back to 'normal'. It appears she plans to sell the property for development.
