Description

There are almost daily noise disturbances near the public landing in Houghs Neck. I recently moved into 128 bay view avenue and each night starting at about 9 PM and sometimes going until 1 AM or later there are large groups of teenagers loitering, playing music with bass, drinking and leaving beer cans, and generally making it hard to get sleep.

My wife and I are both working professionals and we are trying to learn if we can get any assistance from the city in reducing the noise levels in this area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We were very excited to move to Quincy, but this is becoming an unfortunate issue for us that we were not anticipating.
