Description
The post office at 11213 has been mishandling customers for years, the public here does not believe the government even cares and therefore there is no outcry! Stop the long lines, make a package drop off so u don't have to wait a hour to drop off a pre posted package. Get more competent staff!

I have lived in this community for approx. 25yrs. This is one of the slowest post offices with the least concerned employees. First and foremost when working with the public you represent the uniform & it's organization. Not once has a single person even smiled at this branch. I applied for my passport, stamps, m.o. at any other branch. In addition, have you ever called this location...I truly believe that the phone is off the hook ALL DAY. I have also reported this to the USPS main office. Now don't misunderstand me we all have our days and some folks make matters worse because they never read...however this particular P.O. needs to be monitored for quality assurance! Considering that with the growth of computer and internet use the public demand has changed from the P.O. BUT VALUE THOSE OF US THAT STILL STAND ON YOUR LONG LINES!

I agree, every time I go there, I have encounter long lines, disdain on the part of USPS employees; truly a bad experience.
