I guess the warning that the owner received doesn't stop the fact that they keep putting the garbage outside in front of the garage all the time, the garbage pails are on the street all the time, they don't put them inside their property. With the hot weather the smell is horrendous. I would like to know the city's policy about garbage pails in front of a property, not inside.
The retaining wall from their property tumbled down into mine. Went to the city on April, spoke to Ms. Sevanchick, told me that an inspector would go to take a look. Didn't hear from her, sent her an email 5/6/14, no response. I give permission to the inspector to come into my property 45 and take a look at the retaining wall. At this point, I don't think it is fair what this neighbor is doing. I tried to include pictures, it doesn't upload more than one.
