Three monthes last winter before everything froze up pylons were driven,ground was moved , and money was wasted(probably to fuel winter unemployment)for bicycle/FOOT Bridges? When the Van Dyke bridge is nothing but "Crumbling" PATCH-WORK? REALLY? ? REALLY rediculous!!
