Builder of new construction formerly 920 S. 21st St. and now 2100 Carpenter St. is suspected to be marketing a carport in an area where parking has been restricted. They tried to put no parking signs up which have been successfully removed by the streets department. Please have L & I investigate the building plans and the site.
