Codes and Building Safety has no jurisdiction regarding bushes, shrubs on residential property encroaching onto another persons property. The law states that any property owner has the right to cut any portion of trees, shrubs that are hanging over their property line....you can cut the bushes from your property line straight up.
We handle high grass and vegetation over 12 inches in height.
