Before a fatality occurs, could the city find the funds to save our little ones room the big ones?

The playground between 71-72 avenues east of 93a St needs a better perimeter fence to ensure playground safety for the 1-15 year olds and encourage the immature 16-50 year old children from bringing their big Four Wheeler toys to the little children's playground.
The existing fence has several broken post and ends short of closing the north and west sides leaving the complete south side and portions of the west and north sides open for easy vehicle entrance for the immature 16-50 year old children who may choose to challenge the park's hill with their big Four Wheeler toys.

I'm sure that the cost of the fence will be less than a single funeral from a fatality.
