This wouldn't appear to be a Parks issue, the branches are from private rental property. Pretty sure it's still the responsibility of the homeowner.

There appears to have been no action taken on this since it was submitted at the beginning of June. The dead branches are still in the street along Wellborn and are slowly migrating out into the traffic lane.
