Description
Traffic light at the top of the hill on Edwards (intersects at Prospect) is poorly timed. It takes along time to get a green and then the green doesn't last long. Causing drivers to turn right on red (no turn sign posted) and wait is so long that from 8-9am cars are frequently backed up to Whitney Ave. Causing drivers mid-way in the line waiting to do 3-point turns into oncoming traffic.
