Obviously, the poor section of Clinton Township is not afforded the same respect as Hall Rd and Romeo Plank Rd sections of the township. I first reported the smell some 10+ years ago, and the situation has not improved since. I’m told that the only thing to do now is to report the smell to Chuck Towner, the lawyer involved in the lawsuit, 586-469-4800. It sure would be nice to open my windows or even enjoy my yard anytime of the year, especially May-October, but I can’t. The smell is so strong that you taste the methane gas all day long. What happened to the ruling that they had to reduce amount of compost and spray the mounds for smell? Why are the mounds now higher than the Target building and increased in number? Why are there flames coming off the mounds. I know the answers, but does the township/county/state care?
