Description

There is a cruiser parked in a No Parking Anytime zone (which I know you don't care about), that is also currently a construction zone (which you also don't care about), that is partially blocking the exit of the Department of Labor garage. Usually the cops who park there that think their convenience is more important than my safety at least leave me a clear path into oncoming traffic that I can't see. Now they've taken it up a notch and have made it so a right hand turn out of the garage is impossible by blocking part of the ramp.
