Description

In the last couple weeks on Ridge Road I've been tailgated by drivers who think I'm going too slow at 35 mph (the posted limit is 30).

I go slow because Ridge has no sidewalks, and does have runners including those with baby carriages, and it does have bicyclists, and it does have curves, and it does have school zones.

Today while preparing to turn right from Ridge onto Old Farm Road I noticed a car so close behind me I appeared to be towing it.

Two weeks ago there was a three-car accident on Ridge involving somebody speeding, somebody coming in from a side street without stopping, and somebody in the other lane minding her own business. All three drivers were taken away in ambulances.

What the heck is going on?

Is a formerly quiet, tree-shaded, residential street with few stoplights being abandoned to its own worst drivers?
