Description

The condition of the road and sidewalks is sad. It has been almost 17 years since the road was last paved. The sections that have been filled in over the years are crumbling. And to be honest the sidewalks are even worse then the road. After the flooding caused by Floyd in 99, the ground shifted causing many of the sidewalks to rise up or drop down.
