The landlord owning two duplexes on Adams Drive never mows the grass, nor do the occupants of the properties. The weeds are at least 1 1/2 feet tall in the back and front yard. In addition, there's a tree that fell in the back yard that's never been carried off. This is an ongoing issue. When the yard is mowed, it's done maybe once every 2-3 months.

At this point, we're trying to sell our property on this street and potential buyers have flat out said they would not put in an offer due to the condition of our neighbor's yards. But that our house is perfect for them. It's ridiculous. Everyone else on the street maintains their property, something needs to be done. It's a shame that it's ok for one person to ruin a neighborhood.
