Description

The property 868-70 N. 40th Street which is next door to our church (True Holiness Temple), is inhabited by a person or a group of people. The building has been vacant for 15 years and has or had a "danger, do not enter" sign on it. All the utilities have been shut off but yet the sound and light from a television can be heard, We suspect that they have somehow tapped into an electric line for power which is a fire risk.. Additionally the person or people squatting there have been trowing trash into our yard and the yard of another neighbor for which we have been fined. We do NOT store trash in our yard at 872 N. 40th Street. This property is separating from our property and causes huge amounts of water to leak into our church when it rains. This is a very dangerous situation as our church is at risk for fire and we have already suffered water damage. 874 N. 40th St can collapse at any time and should be taken down immediately.
