The issue is referred to Parks Staff to address. One of the most problematic aspects of the weekend issue is citizens using the receptacles to clean out their cars and deposit their household garbage. We cannot explain this activity, where we have roadside collection of household waste, but it happens, and consumes a significant portion of the capacity of these bins. We have had citizens send us pictures of perpetrators. We're confused by the activity, and we all feel the affects of overflowing public waste receptacles.
